Afterwork tasting devoted to Italian sparkling wines at the Bindella Vinoteca in Zürich, where, over canapés, the professionals present six reasons why Italian spumante is so much in demand right now. In a cross-section of the scene, they clearly explain the differences between Prosecco, Franciacorta and Trentodoc, and the glass also features bottle-fermented sparkling wines from the Trentodoc producer Ferrari.
