At the Vinothek Brancaia in Zurich's Seefeld district, Lili Riha, a wine sommelière with a federal diploma, introduces the basics of wine tasting. Six selected wines are tasted, giving participants the chance to train eye, nose and palate and find out what type of wine drinker they are. No previous knowledge is needed, and the small group is limited to twelve people.
