Who's behind this?

Hi, I'm Kevin, a wine lover from Zurich. I regularly attend tastings, wine fairs and events across the country. I noticed there are tons of great events out there, but no central overview. So I started weintasting.ch.

What is weintasting.ch?

weintasting.ch is Switzerland's largest platform for wine events, bringing them all together in one place. Whether it's a big wine fair or a cozy tasting at a local winery, you'll find it all here, hundreds of upcoming events in four languages, updated weekly.

How do the events get here?

Every event here is hand-picked. I check each event individually, and the details come straight from the organiser's official website. AI helps me with the legwork, scanning organiser websites every week and translating into four languages. I decide what goes online, and the responsibility for all content lies with me.

More than just an event calendar

weintasting.ch is growing into a full platform around wine in Switzerland. I attend tastings myself and am currently building up the Instagram channel, with impressions from events, honest opinions on wines and interesting producers. Step by step, a community of wine lovers is taking shape here, friendly, fun and easygoing.

weintasting.ch grows without an advertising budget, purely through word of mouth. The most valuable thing you can do? Tell fellow wine lovers about the platform.
