At the Gerberstube Osteria in Schaffhausen, Manlio Della Serra, export manager of the Tuscan Tenuta di Biserno, personally presents the estate's wines and offers insights into its world. With the 4-course menu, including pappardelle with hare ragout and a Maremma-style ragout, Occhione, Rissoa, Insoglio del Cinghiale, Il Pino di Biserno and Biserno are poured, followed by a Vin Santo di Montepulciano with dessert. The evening starts at 17:30 with an aperitivo, the Wine & Dine begins at 18:15, and a vegetarian menu is available.
