Seminar evening with tasting for wine enthusiasts aged between 20 and 30 at Bindella's headquarters in Zürich. It covers pressing, vinification and ageing, the difference between Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne, and the ideal serving temperatures, and various wines are used to practise tasting and assessing. An aroma trail sharpens the sense of smell, a small snack is served during the break, and the course is held in German.
