Atelier: Terroirs Vins et Fromages Suisses Français/Bilingual English

At the Hôtel Alpha Palmiers in Lausanne, the wine school Pur Jus Education presents six wines and six artisan Swiss cheeses for tasting in this two-hour workshop. The focus is on which wines from which terroir pair with the country's most important cheeses, along with background on origin and production and tips for buying and serving in everyday life. The workshop is held in French, and questions in English are explicitly welcome.
