Atelier: Terroirs Vins et Fromages Suisses

Two-hour workshop by the wine school Pur Jus Education in Lausanne, tasting six wines and six artisan cheeses. The focus is on the most important Swiss cheeses and how they pair with wines from the same terroir, along with background on origin and production and tips for buying and serving at home. The workshop is held in French.
