The two-hour workshop by Pur Jus Education at the Zürcherhof takes you through the world of Swiss wines and cheeses. Together you explore which combinations truly work, whether red, white, sweet or sparkling wine with cheese, with background knowledge on cheesemaking and the stylistic nuances of the wines. The evening is held in German in collaboration with Silvia Zuberbühler (WSET Diploma).
