Atelier: Terroirs Vins et Fromages Suisses Français/Bilingual English

At the Hôtel Alpha Palmiers in Lausanne, the wine school Pur Jus Education guides a tasting of six wines and six artisan Swiss cheeses in this two-hour workshop. The focus is on which wines from which terroir pair with the country's most important cheeses, along with background on origin and production and tips for buying and serving at home. The workshop is held in French, and questions in English are explicitly welcome.
