At the Soirée Vieux Millésimes in the Provins Boutique in Sion, oenologists Luc Sermier and Aurélie Perroud lead a guided tasting of mature Valais wines from the 2005 to 1983 vintages, including Malvoisie Brindamour 2005 and 1988, Johannisberg Rhonegold 1993, Pinot Noir Saint-Guérin 1992, Dôle Chanteauvieux 1984 and Amigne Raisin d'Or 1983. Guests are welcomed with a Fendant Pierrafeu 2022, and the caterer Jip Bap serves Korean bites paired with the wines. The old vintages can be bought on site, and the evening is held in French.
