At the Maison Gilliard wine discovery day «Become a Wine Expert» in Sion, wine professionals introduce the basics of wine tasting from 9:00 to 14:30, from sensory analysis and recognising aromas to the structure and balance of wines. A cellar tour is included, with all-you-can-eat Valais raclette for lunch. The courses are held in French, and a brochure in German is provided.
