Priorat & Montsant, a heart of slate

Priorat and Montsant are among Spain's most demanding wine regions, where the vines root deep in poor, dry soil and produce wines with mineral, herbal and smoky notes. At the Vinothèque La passion du vin in Bern, single-varietal Grenache and typical blends with Carignan, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are poured, opening with a structured white wine and a rosé. The guided tasting covers 8 to 9 wines with small bites and grissini.
