«Wine course for young people» in Bern

At Ristorante Lorenzini in Bern, Bindella invites wine-curious people under 30 to a seminar evening that explains pressing, vinification and ageing and sets Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne apart from one another. With various wines in the glass, participants practise tasting and assessing, an aroma trail trains the nose and the ideal serving temperatures are also discussed. A small snack during the break is included, and the course is held in German.
