Cave du Chevalier Bayard

Cave du Chevalier Bayard is a Valais wine cellar in Varen that has been run as a family business for more than 40 years. Since 2014 the vineyards have been farmed according to the guidelines of organic agriculture, and the range includes 25 different quality wines. Tastings take place in the carnotzet, and for groups there is a tasting game as well as a walk through the Varen vineyards.
