At VinumGusto at the Cave du Chevalier Bayard in Varen, Norbert Schwery of Gaumenzauber cooks a refined five-course menu, and the guests step into the role of sommelier themselves. From the full range of Bayard wines, they choose the right wine for each course and find out which combinations work and which do not. The afternoon thus becomes a hands-on journey of discovery into food and wine pairing with Valais wines from the Bayard family.
