Provins and the team from Copains d'Abord invite guests to the Castel d'Uvrier, in the heart of the Valais vineyards, for a Wine & Dine at which a game menu is paired with six wines from the Les Domaines line. An oenologist comments on the tasting, and in the glass are Sélection Grains Nobles and Petite Arvine from Clos Tourbillon, Heida Les Vignes du Chapitre, Pinot Noir Domaine de Beuble, Humagne Rouge Combaberna and Clos Corbassières. After the welcome drink at 18:30, dinner begins at 19:15, and coffee and drinks are included in the price.
