Champagne and risotto, buonvini Zürich

Five grower Champagnes from five terroirs are compared side by side at buonvini this evening, from the Chardonnay-driven Côte des Blancs through Ambonnay and Trépail in the Montagne de Reims and the Meunier sites of the Petite Montagne to the Pinot Noir of the Côte des Bar. Wine professional and chef Micha Lindauer leads the tasting and shows how origin and each grower's signature shape the style. It comes with selected delicacies and a risotto made with Champagne from Riso Vialone Nano by the Riseria Il Galeotto.
