Barbaresco 9 Crus 10 years on, buonvini Zürich

Ten years after the great 2016 Piedmont vintage, buonvini opens all nine Barbaresco Riserva 2016 from the Produttori del Barbaresco and tastes them side by side, from Asili, Montefico and Montestefano through Muncagota, Ovello, Pajè and Pora to Rabajà and Rio Sordo. Because all nine crus are vinified using the same method, the soil, exposure and microclimate of each site come through particularly clearly. Sommelier and Barbaresco specialist Nicola Mattana leads the masterclass, accompanied by an apéro riche.
