Viviana Pasta and Dario Pistarà, founders, winegrowers and oenologists of the Ticino estate Castello di Cantone, personally guide guests through six of their wines at the Vinoteca Bindella in Montagnola. The range runs from a fresh Metodo Classico to the house's deepest and most structured wines, while the two talk about their work in the vineyard and cellar and their view of the Ticino terroir. Finger food is served, and the course is held in Italian.
