In the sixth chapter of W-ein Kapitel, Beat Schwald leads a comparison of the two major sparkling wine methods, Metodo Classico versus Charmat. Franciacorta and Trento DOC go up against Prosecco, ideally tasted blind, and after each round Beat reveals the wines and puts them into context. Anyone who prefers to toast without alcohol can try two alcohol-free sparkling wines.
