For the Grand Opening of the Weinfestival Basel, chef Cyrill Baumann, awarded 14 GaultMillau points, serves a 7-course menu at Restaurant Ufer 7 on the Rhine that showcases the craft of Valais cuisine. It comes with Valais wines from the wineries Adrian & Diego Mathier and Maison Gilliard, and the winemakers are there in person to share insights into the origin and character of their wines. Apéro bites and entry to the Weinfestival are included, seats are limited.
