Sommelier Michele Caimotto and head chef Alexandre Griche of TABLA Home follow the wine route across the Mediterranean on this evening in Geneva, with six courses and matching wines. In the glass are, among others, the Terzavia Brut Rosé by Marco De Bartoli from Sicily, Vitovska by Paolo Vodopivec from Friuli, Vernaccia di Oristano from Sardinia and Châteauneuf-du-Pape by Mont Redon, the last three each in two vintages for comparison. The gathering at the Table du Cotton is limited to 12 people.
