Le Passeur de Vin invites you to its Acacias branch in Geneva for a voyage of discovery through the wines of Madeira, with little-known grape varieties and exceptionally long ageing. In the glass are four ten-year-old Madeiras from Barbeito (Boal, Malvasia, Sercial, Verdelho) as well as Oliveiras vintages from 2013, 2001, 1992 and 1988. Small savoury and sweet bites accompany the evening, along with a presentation, explanations and discussion.
