Double vertical of twelve Valais Syrah wines from Domaine Denis Mercier in Sierre and Simon Maye & Fils in Chamoson, tasted side by side across almost 20 years of vintages from the 2000s and 2010s. The focus is on the Pradec and Prés-des-Pierres vineyards and on how climate and a change of generation have influenced the style. The tasting is held in English and followed by a light snack, and the group is limited to 12 people.
