Enrico Rivetto, who runs the Rivetto family estate founded in 1902 in the fourth generation, presents five of his wines in person at Casa Certo on Werdplatz. As the first Demeter-certified producer in the Barolo and Barbaresco area, he talks about biodynamics and living soils. The kitchen accompanies the wine journey with a Piedmont-inspired menu featuring truffle, agnolotti al plin, porcini and brasato al Barolo.
