La Fête de la Taille

When the vines awaken, the young winemakers of Chamoson invite you to a day in the heart of the vineyard. A walk through the vineyards is followed by an introduction to vine pruning, after which trainee cellar masters from the Châteauneuf agricultural school present the wines of Chamoson over an aperitif. The day ends with a rustic meal of farmhouse soup, alpine cheese and leek sausage cooked in grape marc, accompanied by the village's wines.
