“Vins et Mystères” is an immersive blind tasting in which the other senses take the place of sight. Participants wear blindfolds, the lights are dimmed, sensory music plays, and the five wines arrive at the table in black glasses so that aromas, textures and emotions take centre stage. The host is the Cave du Vieux Pressoir run by Ghislaine Crittin in Chamoson.
