Truffes et Vins de Chamoson

The churchyard garden of St-Pierre-de-Clages hosts the only truffle market in Valais. Several truffle hunters offer fresh Swiss truffles and truffle products, the wineries La Pleine Lune and Constantin-Comby pour wines from Chamoson, and from 10.30 Jean-Paul Carruzzo comments on wine and truffle pairings at the Fondation l'Homme et le Vin. There is also a truffle-hunting demonstration with a dog, a mushroom exhibition and several food stalls serving truffle dishes.
