Spring Wine & Tapas, Gregor Kuonen

At the Clos Tschachtela, in the middle of the vineyards above Salgesch, seven wines from the Gregor Kuonen winery are paired with locally inspired tapas. The house's wine experts explain the wines and talk about the region and its vineyards, whose limestone- and magnesium-rich soils, with 320 days of sunshine a year, give the wines mineral depth. The meeting point is the winery on Unterdorfstrasse.
