About this event
In early December the Valais wineries open their doors, among them Adrian & Diego Mathier in Salgesch, named Swiss Winery of the Year several times. More than 50 wines from the AOC sites of Valais are ready for tasting, from red, white and rosé wines to sparkling wines and spirits. At Restaurant Barrique there is all-you-can-eat raclette, a winegrower's meat fondue or a Valais platter to go with them.
