At the Club Baur au Lac in Zürich, Rudi Bindella presents crus from the family estate Vallocaia in Montepulciano and from Vergaia in Bibbona at an evening devoted to Italian wine culture. As the highlight, Conti Alberto and Alessandro Tasca present their new top Sicilian wine Lucio Pensiero, and Ornellaia is poured for the finale. The house serves a 4-course Italian menu with madeleine, water and coffee, and the dress code is elegant evening wear.
