A wine evening for enthusiasts aged 20 to 30 at Bindella's headquarters in Zürich, explaining pressing, vinification and ageing and showing the difference between Prosecco, Franciacorta and Champagne. Using a range of wines, participants learn to taste and assess, an aroma trail sharpens the sense of smell and the right serving temperatures are covered. A small snack is served during the break, and the course is held in German.
