Wine academic and South Africa expert Markus Utiger hosts an evening with ten wines from the Cape, from classic varieties to experimental rarities from regions such as Franschhoek, Stellenbosch and Swartland. Cape Bites are served as wine pairings: small dishes that highlight the aromatic diversity of South African wines. No stiff seminar, but an interactive evening with wine, conversation and plenty of background stories at the Vinothek Barrique in Baden's old town. The price includes the ten wines, the bites, water and coffee.
