Master of Wine Ivan Barbic and meat sommelier Albert Köferli face off in a culinary showdown at Trafo Baden: several battles compare different cuts from the same animal, paired with matching wines presented by Barbic. The 5-course menu comes from the Trafo kitchen team led by Executive Chef Tobias Baruffol, with a houseband setting the mood. CHF 195 including aperitif, menu, wine pairing, water and coffee.
