Marco Polesello, who grew up in Valdobbiadene, founded it in 2020 in Zurich, and since February 2026 it has been located in Bülach at Bannhaldenstrasse 3 (shop open Tuesday to Saturday by appointment). The range features hand-picked Proseccos from fruity and light to complex and elegant. Alongside public tastings, the Proseccheria offers private tastings for 6 people or more and a seminar for the restaurant trade.
