The public evening at the Proseccheria in Bülach explores the Prosecco region of Valdobbiadene, shows the influence of site, climate and grape varieties and explains the two production methods, traditional bottle fermentation and the Charmat method in tank. Various sparkling wines are served, along with a platter of meat, cheese and bread plus finger food. Guests are welcomed at 18:00, the start is at 18:15 and the end at 21:00.
