Domaine Gérald Besse

Domaine Gérald Besse in Martigny-Croix dates back to 1979, when Gérald Besse bought his first plot near Champortay. The first vintage, from 1984, was vinified at the Les Rappes winery, and in 2013 his daughter Sarah joined the business. The vines grow on terraces with dry stone walls, and the estate has been Bio Suisse certified since 2022. The range includes Fendant, Johannisberg, Petite Arvine, Gamay, Syrah and Merlot among others, and the winery hosts events such as the Caves ouvertes during Advent.
