At the winery in Martigny-Croix, oenologist Sarah Besse presents a tasting of six vintages of Petite Arvine, an emblematic Valais grape variety. In a vertical tasting, the same wine from several years is in the glass, which shows how each vintage is shaped by the climate of the year and by the winemaker's decisions, and how the wine develops in the bottle over time. The evening lasts about an hour and a half, places are limited.
