The general terms further down apply to every giveaway. What differs, meaning prize, ways to enter and deadlines, is listed with the respective giveaway.

5 free tickets for the Expovina Wine Ships

Prize: We give away five tickets for the Expovina Wine Ships 2026 in Zurich, split into three prizes. The tickets are provided by Expovina.
Way 1, newsletter: You take part if, before entries close, you enter your email address on the giveaway page, confirm your age and click the link in the confirmation email. This also applies to existing subscribers.
Way 2, Instagram: You take part if you follow @weintastingch and tag a person in a comment under the giveaway post.
Prizes: Three prizes in two separate draws. Among everyone who takes part via the newsletter we draw three tickets, one pair and one single ticket, among everyone who takes part via Instagram a pair of tickets. The Instagram draw comes first, then the newsletter draw. Each person can win only one prize.
Entries close: Thursday, 22.10.2026, 12:00
Draw: Thursday, 22.10.2026, right after entries close.
Reply: Winners are notified on the day of the draw and reply within 3 days. Otherwise the prize goes to another person.

General terms

1. Organiser. The giveaways are run by weintasting.ch, Kevin Schärer, 8600 Dübendorf, info@weintasting.ch. They are in no way connected to Instagram or Meta and are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta.

2. Taking part. The giveaways are open to natural persons aged 18 or over who live in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Taking part is free and no purchase is required. One entry per person and per way counts. Anyone who enters with several email addresses or accounts, gives false details or automates entries will be excluded. Entering via the newsletter only counts if you are subscribed to the weintasting.ch newsletter at the time of the draw. People involved in running the giveaway and their relatives may not take part.

3. Draw. Winners are chosen at random. If there are several ways to enter, a separate prize is drawn for each way. If the same person is drawn more than once, we draw again.

4. Prize. Prizes cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred to others. Travel and other costs are not part of the prize. For admission tickets the terms of the respective event organiser apply.

5. Notification. Winners are notified by email or by direct message on Instagram and reply within the period stated for the giveaway. In their reply they confirm first and last name, date of birth and place of residence, and the organiser may ask for an ID. If there is no reply or the terms are not met, we draw again. No correspondence will be entered into about the draw, and legal recourse is excluded.

6. Data protection. Entering via the website works through signing up for the weintasting.ch newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time with one click. For the draw we only use the email address or the Instagram name. Otherwise the weintasting.ch privacy policy applies.

7. Final provisions. The organiser may change or cancel a giveaway for good cause. Swiss law applies. If the language versions differ, the German version prevails.
