Shortly before the festive season, the Vinothek Brancaia in Zurich is devoted entirely to sparkling wines. Wine sommelière Lili Riha explains the different production methods and how they influence style, aroma and taste, with eight selected sparkling wines in the glass. The evening in a small group of no more than twelve people suits beginners as well as wine enthusiasts looking for a favourite for the holidays.
