At the Hotel Reuti on the Hasliberg, Enoteca PerTE presents wines from its range with a 6-course menu matched to the wines. The flyer lists wines from Ticino, Piedmont, Tuscany and Veneto, such as Colle d'Avra from Vinattieri, Pigato Via Maestra from Brangero, Pittoresco from la Pace, Durello Lessini Classico and Colpizzarda from dal Maso, and an Amarone from Montecariano with the cheese. Dishes served include gilthead bream with lemon and thyme sauce, pheasant essence with orecchiette and beef fillet medallion on mushroom risotto.
