Wine evening "Piedmont", Enoteca PerTE Interlaken

Enoteca PerTE invites guests to the Trattoria Da Rafmi in Unterseen for a Cena degustazione with Livia Fontana, the evening is titled Piedmont. The flyer lists six wines with an Italian menu, including Roero Arneis, Langhe Nebbiolo, Barbera d'Alba Superiore and Barolo Fontanin 2018, plus a rosé made from 100 percent Nebbiolo and a Langhe Rosso from Barbera and Nebbiolo. The dishes include tuna tartare, malloreddus with porcini and venison ragout with fried polenta.
