Philippe Bourrier of Château de l'Ou is the guest of the masterclass at Languedoc Weine GmbH in Sulgen. It starts on Sunday at 15:30 as the last of the four masterclasses on the winemakers' festival weekend. Two days earlier, the winemaker also presents the wines of his estate at the Wine and Dine at Hotel Seemöwe in Güttingen. Places are only guaranteed with a reservation.
