Philippe Chamayrac of Château Mire l'Étang is the guest of the masterclass at Languedoc Weine GmbH in Sulgen. The estate is located in the AOP La Clape in Languedoc, and the importer's shop lists from the estate, among others, the Cuvée des Ducs de Fleury from Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre, rosés such as Corail and Le Gris, and the sweet wines Carthagène and Muscat Petits Grains.
