Isabella Pelizzatti Perego of Ar.Pe.Pe from Valtellina and Aurélien Gerbais of Pierre Gerbais from Champagne-Aube present their wines in Cultivino's specially staged warehouse in Bern. The event leads through the full high shelves of carefully kept origins, rarities included, and the corridor of last bottles. Guests can enjoy themselves at Grill Atlantique's French bistro with Joshua Hopf and Christoph Gilgen and at the Cultivino wine bar, and the supporting programme includes a Sassella vertical and a Champagne masterclass.

Isabella Pelizzatti Perego presents the Sassella Rocce Rosse from Ar.Pe.Pe. in different editions at the Cultivino warehouse. The Nebbiolo usually stays on the skins for more than 120 days and then matures for around four years in large wooden and concrete vats, which makes the Sassella the long-distance runner among all the sites. The vertical opens the weekend of shopping and enjoyment, places are limited.

Aurélien Gerbais guides guests through his Champagnes from the different plots of Pierre Gerbais. Since 2011 he has vinified his single vineyards using the solera method, the grapes of the current vintage mature in an old wooden barrel after the first fermentation and are blended with a varying proportion of older vintages. This is why the single-vineyard wines carry no vintage designation.
