Winemaker evening with winemaker Fernando Mora, Spain

Spanish winemaker Fernando Mora is the guest at Klösterli Weincafe in Bern, pours his wines from Aragón in person and talks about his vineyards. He works with old Garnacha plots and vines that are in part over 100 years old on poor soils, with a lot of manual work and a focus on freshness and minerality. The kitchen serves a seasonal four-course menu to go with them, and the evening is held in English.
