Isabella and Stéphane Kellenberger of the Vin d'Oeuvre estate in Leuk in Valais host the evening in the wine barrel of the Appenzeller Huus and bring their own wines to the table. The six courses by Executive Chef Michael Gollenz come with Humagne Blanc, Heida, Completer, Viognier, Humagne Rouge, Gamaret, Syrah and Chardonnay. A maximum of nine guests sit at the table, and the evening is held in German.
