For this evening, cellar master Hans Rhyner opens his own cellar of exquisite, mature rarities in the wine barrel of the Appenzeller Huus in Gonten. Executive Chef Michael Gollenz cooks six courses to go with them. The Winemaker's Table series brings selected winemakers and cellar masters to a table with nine guests.
