The course in the cafeteria of GZ Oerlikon shows that sparkling wines are far more than an aperitif drink. Sommelier Eva Salamin presents the most important styles and production methods from Prosecco to Champagne and lets participants experience the differences through selected sparkling wines. A small culinary finale to match the wines is included, and the minimum age is 18.
