Caves Ouvertes de Noël, Cave Lips

Last of three evenings of the traditional Caves Ouvertes de Noël at Cave Lips in Leytron, shortly before the festive season. In the cellar at Rouatope, surrounded by orchards, visitors can taste the family business's wines and take them home straight away as gifts or for their own festive table. Oenologist Aïda runs the winery in its third generation alongside her father, the range covers 17 grape varieties, and all the wines carry the AOC Valais appellation.
